Partner Richard A. Steinberg began his legal career as a member of the Tax Certiorari Division of the New York City Law Department. Mr. Steinberg started with the firm in 1977 and has since served as President of the Real Estate Tax Review Bar Association as well as Chair of the Committee on Condemnation and Tax Certiorari of the New York City Bar Association. He has argued matters before New York Court of Appeals, including a victory which resulted in a real estate tax exemption for an adult home in the City of Middletown, New York. He is currently a member of the board of directors of the Real Estate Tax Review Bar Association.
